Staffa's Precision at Every Stage of Production
At Staffa, we carry out the entire production process in-house, which gives us full control over quality, consistency, and timeliness. From the first line in the 3D model to the packaged product ready for shipment—every stage is carried out by specialists with experience in motorsports and the production of high-strength components.

Designing Mounts in 3D CAD
Every strut, cage, roll bar, or mounting starts with a design created in modern 3D CAD software. At this stage, we ensure a perfect fit for the specific car model, as well as the correct geometry and structural rigidity of the structure. Thanks to digital design, we can simulate loads and eliminate problems even before cutting the first part.
CNC laser cutting
Approved designs go into production, where we cut the components from high-grade steel using a CNC laser. This technology guarantees very high cutting precision, perfectly repeatable shapes, and clean edges without unwanted deformations. This is the foundation of Staffa’s product quality—accuracy at this stage translates into a perfect fit in the car.
Bending on CNC press brakes
We form the cut-out parts on CNC press brakes, which
ensures
consistent angles and dimensions.
The bending process
enables:
-
precise shaping of structural elements,
-
maintaining alignment and symmetry,
-
minimization of material stresses.
We perform each bend in accordance with the technical documentation prepared for a specific car model.

MIG / TIG Welding
The next step is welding, performed using MIG or TIG methods—depending on the type of component and its intended use. We weld on professional welding tables, which ensures:
-
the correct geometry of the entire structure,
-
aesthetic and even welds,
-
maximum joint strength.
Each weld is performed by an experienced Staffa welder who pays close attention to both technical and visual details.
Grinding
After welding, the components undergo grinding—a crucial step in preparation for painting. This process involves: smoothing the welds, removing sharp edges, and preparing the surface for the paint coating. As a result, the finished Staffa components look great and complement the car’s style.
Powder coating
The finished structures are sent to the powder coating shop. This technology ensures high resistance to mechanical damage, effective protection against corrosion, and a durable, attractive finish that lasts for years.
We use coatings that perform well in both motorsports and everyday use.

Staffa – full control over the process
Finally, every Staffa product is thoroughly inspected and then properly packaged to ensure it reaches the customer safely—each item is protected against damage during transport, goes to the warehouse as a finished product, and is ready for prompt shipment. We handle the entire process, from design to the finished product, in-house at Staffa, which allows us to control quality, deadlines, and every detail of production, and our experience and comprehensive approach mean that our solutions are chosen by both motorsport enthusiasts and professional racing teams.
